Mazatlan to Minnesota

At the beginning of February, I said my goodbyes and headed home.  Leaving YWAM Mazatlan was one of the hardest things I have done.  After 7 1/2 years in Mexico, it has become my home.  Most of my friends and mentors are there, and it is what I know.  As I head out on this new adventure, this new stage of life, I am excited and scared, but I can't wait to discover what God has in store for me in these coming months.

I have been in the States for about a month now visiting friends, family, and supporters and raising money for the BCC (Bible Core Course) I will be doing in April in Lausanne, Switzerland.  It has been nice getting to catch up with so many people, especially since I was only home for 2 weeks last year.  I currently only need $2000 more out of the $6000 I needed a month ago for my training!!  Thank you so much to those that have been praying for me and have given to this cause!  I am so blessed!!

I am currently getting ready to go back down to Mazatlan for the base's 10 year anniversary celebration.  This will be a time for me to say my final goodbyes and honor this season of my life that I've spent in Mexico.  I hope that this will be a time of making memories, saying goodbye, and of closure.

If you want more information on what I'm doing or how to support me financially, check out my website at:  www.mcii.org
